Company Profile

____________________________________________________

Global Energy Inc. (GEYI:OB) was founded in order to become a world leader in alternative fuel production. The company's goals are to find, develop and deploy for consumer use unique and ecological alternative fuel technologies.

Background

Environmental Aspect

Global warming is no longer a concern to be dealt with in the future. The year 2007 is already on track to becoming the hottest year on record since measuring and documentation of temperatures started.
Modern life is consuming incrementally more energy and producing higher amounts of waste then ever before. The energy and waste problems are becoming a hazard to the environment and a threat to our well-being.

Political Aspect

As the demand for fossil fuels continues to rise dependency on major oil-producing countries is becoming more inevitable. Furthermore, as readily available reserves continue to be depleted, fuel prices will keep rising.
Since a large part of this "oil money" is funding anti-democratic regimes, some of which are linked to terrorism, the need to free the modern world from its "petro-addiction" is becoming evermore crucial.

Products

Global Energy intends on developing energy processing plants utilizing a proprietary technology called KDV, developed by Alphakat and its owner Dr Christian Koch. This technology can convert different types of Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) into mineral diesel oil.

This high quality, sulphate free, diesel oil meets the requirements of the EN590 standard for Diesel Oil and is intended to be used in trucks and heavy equipment, as well as by major petrol companies.

Technology

The KDV technology incorporates low temperature vacuum processes with a special patented catalyst and high-speed turbine. This process converts and distillates waste materials, which contain hydrocarbons, into high quality mineral diesel oil.

Strategy

The focus of Global Energy’s activities in this sector will be building and operating a series of energy processing facilities to produce diesel from MSW, oil residuals, refinery wastes and biomass. Global Energy will work with local partners, which will include companies with the ability to supply large quantities of the required waste.

Global Energy will initially set up 3 to 4 ‘demo’ plants in countries where it has already identified strategic partners able to supply its required waste. These countries so far include the United States, Israel and Poland.

The facilities will have the ability to produce the mineral diesel oil as per EN 590 standard for diesel oil at a cost of less than €0.19 per liter, compared to the cost of diesel oil at the fuel stations which is currently more than €1.1 per liter (3.79 € per gallon) .

In 5 years, Global Energy intends to develop, build and operate 20 energy processing plants, capable of producing 10,000 liters of mineral diesel oil per hour each, all based on the environmentally friendly KDV technology.
